Our
History
AZBBA is a professional association dedicated to continuing education in the field of business transactions and to providing reputable services to business sellers and buyers. The Association is comprised of Chapters serving the major metropolitan areas of Arizona. The Central Chapter (formerly the Valley Board of Business Brokers) serves Phoenix metro and surrounding areas. The Southern Chapter (formerly The Arizona Association of Business Brokers) serves Tucson Metro and other southern Arizona cities. AZBBA is an affiliate of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), a worldwide association of business brokers. New members must be approved by the current membership and are required to maintain the highest standard of practice and adhere to our code of ethics.
